Shops and business establishments remained closed while as public transport was also affected. Official sources told Rising Kashmir that there were no restrictions in any part of the Kashmir valley though security forces remained deployed in strength to “maintain law and order”. They also claimed that there was more movement on roads than yesterday. Reports of shutdown have reached from all the ten district headquarters of the valley.
